1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the bdt884 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the User", "you", "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bdt884 ("we", "us", "our", "the Company").

• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to any restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.
• You have not previously had a bdt884 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

bdt884 may at any time request documentary evidence to verify that you meet the eligibility criteria above. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bdt884 services, you must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration details at all times and to update your information promptly if any details change.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active bdt884 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of balances.

4 Deposits & Payments

bdt884 accepts deposits through approved Bangladesh payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. bdt884 reserves the right to adjust minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods with prior notice.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and DBBL are credited to your bdt884 balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• No Deposit Fees: bdt884 does not charge any fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdt884 accepts no responsibility.
• Own Funds Only: You must only deposit funds that you own and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Failed Transactions: In the event of a failed or incomplete deposit, bdt884 will not credit your account until receipt of confirmed funds. Contact bdt884 support with the transaction reference if a payment is deducted from your wallet but not reflected in your balance.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and wagers on bdt884 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt884 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5 Withdrawals

bdt884 is committed to fast, transparent withdrawal processing for all Bangladesh players. The following terms apply to all withdrawal requests submitted through the bdt884 cashier:

• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or DBBL) and to the account registered in your name.
• Processing Time: Standard withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes of approval. In exceptional circumstances, additional verification may extend this timeframe, in which case bdt884 support will notify you directly.
• Identity Verification: bdt884 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies equally to all accounts. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.
• No Withdrawal Fees: bdt884 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider's own terms may apply.
• Pending Bonuses: Withdrawals requested while an active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled may be subject to bonus forfeiture in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms.
• Suspicious Activity: bdt884 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bdt884 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions published at the time of each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the bdt884 platform may contribute equally to meeting a bonus wagering requirement. Game-specific contribution rates will be specified in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional bonus may be active on your bdt884 account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in the cancellation of all affected bonuses.

8 Prohibited Activities

11 Limitation of Liability

• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is suspected.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining balance — net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture under these Terms — will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided no outstanding investigations are pending.
